With magnificent views over the Cala Vadella beach and the aquamarine waters of the sea, this stunning villa offers exceptional accommodation. In an elevated, hillside position it is only 300 metres from the beach and a selection of restaurants and bars.

Interior

This beautiful, three storey villa has been elegantly decorated and designed to retain much local charm. The lovely, wooden ceilings add a great deal of warmth to this spacious villa and there are excellent views from most of the rooms. It has a stylish living room with a fireplace and patio doors to the terrace. The adjacent dining room also has terrace access and is open plan to a very modern and well fitted kitchen. Can Bornat has four very attractive and comfortable bedrooms with air-conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with private balconies and excellent views to the sea. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, a private balcony and a separate shower room. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has twin beds and access to a separate shower room. The villa benefits from air conditioning in the living and dining room and in the ground floor and first floor bedrooms and is included in the villa price.

Exterior

Terraces and small garden areas on several levels provide panoramic views of the beach below. The superb, covered terrace outside the living room has a comfortable seating area, a terrace dining table and a brick barbecue, making it an idyllic venue for al fresco entertaining and relaxing. The 8x4 metre swimming pool is in a spectacular, elevated position and has roman steps, an outdoor shower and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace.

Cala Vadella is an excellent spot for the whole family from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. It’s a beautiful little fishing village on the west coast of Ibiza. It is very popular with families due to the extremely sheltered nature of the bay, the wide sandy beach and it’s shallow waters. Lining the beach is a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and on the beach itself you’ll find dive schools, pedaloes, banana boats and sun-beds for hire. There can be a lively night-scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful. The village of San Jose, 8 km from Cala Vadella, is the nearest inland village where you’ll also finds several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 23 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.

For clients staying longer than 1 week there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 1200€ is required upon arrival, payable to the local manager.
