This modern, single storey villa is ideally situated near the prestigious Marina Rubicon in the southern resort of Playa Blanca. The villa is only a five minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, which has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful, unspoilt golden beaches of Papagayo are just a short car drive away. For larger groups or families wishing to holiday together, neighbouring Villa Perejil, which is identical to Villa Tinguaton, can also be rented.

Interior

This excellent detached villa is exceptionally light and airy. The modern living room is elegantly decorated with high quality furnishings and has patio doors leading out to the terrace. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Villa Tinguaton has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a full family bathroom.

Exterior

The dining terrace overlooks the electrically heated swimming pool, which measures 6 x 3.5 metres and can be entered via roman steps. A Canarian style built in barbecue is on hand for those who enjoy alfresco dining. There are ample sun beds surrounding the south facing pool area which captures the Lanzarote sun all day long.

Amenities

Villa Tinguaton is located on the outskirts of the prestigious Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca. This beautiful marina is just a five minutes walk away and offers an excellent selection of shops, international cuisine and marine excursions. The nearest beach, Playa Dorada, is just 1 km away from the villa and can be reached by a pleasant stroll through the marina and along the promenade, or a short drive. There is a pebble beach ideal for snorkelling within walking distance. The villa has the unique advantage of being a ten minute drive to the famous, unspoilt, crystal clear Papagayo beaches which are the pride of the island and deliberately kept off the tourist track. They are widely known as the most beautiful beaches in the archipelago. The centre of Playa Blanca and the pretty harbour is just over 2 km away, approximately a twenty-five minute walk along a seafront promenade or five minute drive from the villa. The harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya.
