These townhouses have a fantastic location just three hundred meters to the beach of Cala Vicente. Shaded by fragrant pine trees, this small group of townhouses are very private and share a sunny communal pool. There are two, three and four bedroom townhouses to choose from for larger groups and families.

Interior

These townhouses have been decorated in a typical Spanish style. The sunken living room has an open fireplace and built-in seating area and is open plan to the dining area. This whole living space is very spacious and has large patio doors leading onto the covered terrace. There is a separate well-equipped kitchen with a utility room. For additional comfort there is a cloakroom on the ground floor as well. These townhouses have three bedrooms with twin beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, have access to a balcony and share a family bathroom.

Exterior

This small complex consists of thirteen townhouses, which have two, three and four bedrooms. Each townhouse has its own small garden area, which is shaded by pine trees. To the front and the back of the house are terraces to sit and enjoy the lovely Mallorcan climate. From the living room there is access to a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture for alfresco dining. The front terrace is also covered and has additional garden chairs and a small table. The townhouses have steps which lead down to the pool area. The shared large 15x7 metre communal pool is accessed via ladders steps and has a children’s pool area, segregated from the main pool by an internal partition. There is a spacious sun terrace, which surrounds the pool, with an outside shower and several sun loungers to soak up the sun. The beach is only three hundred metres walking distance from the complex and is accessed by a private unmade track. Due to the number of steps within the compex this property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Amenities

The townhouses are located in Cala San Vicente, which has three small bays. The sea can be rough here at times, but it is a great spot for scuba diving and snorkeling. One of the beaches has a wheelchair entrance and has a man-made plateau with sun loungers and sun umbrellas for those who prefer not to lie in the sand and is in walking distance, just three hundred metres from the townhouses. There are two restaurants only two hundred metres away from Coves Blanques, which can be accessed directly via stairs leading down a small hill to the beach parking area. Another good local restaurant is perched on the cliff looking onto the bay. Two smaller commercial areas in the area are lined with more restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and provide the holidaymaker with all the necessary. The port of Pollensa and the village of Pollensa are approximately seven kilometres from Cala San Vicente. The port has a very large wide sandy beach and offers a wide range of water sport facilities as well as choice of restaurants.
