This is a superb villa which offers stylishly decorated accommodation in which to enjoy a memorable holiday. A luxurious, six-seater Jacuzzi Spa is set in a lovely, colourful, sub-tropical garden and the villa also has a heated swimming pool. It is only a ten minute walk to nearest beach, shops and restaurants and fifteen into the centre of the resort. Views of the golf course and the sea can be enjoyed from the large roof terrace.

Interior

This charming single storey villa has been decorated to a high standard with good quality furnishings and is bright and spacious throughout. It has an attractive living room with a formal dining area and patio doors to the terrace. The separate kitchen is of a very high standard and provides everything necessary for a self catering holiday. Villa Pasqua has three bedrooms each with ceiling fans. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has twin beds. The villa has a full bathroom and also a shower room. There is internal access to the roof terrace via stairs outside the kitchen.

Exterior

The garden of this property is attractively laid out and very colourful. A sunbathing terrace surrounds the electrically heated 8x4 metre swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps and has an adjacent poolside shower. Outside the living room, patio dining furniture and a traditional Canarian barbecue provide an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in the warm Fuerteventura climate. Guests can relax in the luxurious Jacuzzi Spa which is located amongst the flowers and bushes of the garden, whilst enjoying a glass of wine. The roof terrace is furnished with patio furniture and has views to the golf course and distant sea views.

Amenities

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of two exclusive five star hotels are on your doorstep. The Hotel Elba is a five minute walk, is situated on the 18 hole championship golf course and has an excellent restaurant and a bar with views over the course. The popular resort of Caleta de Fuste is a five minute drive away or a fifteen minute walk. There guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions and wind surfing schools and hire. It is a twelve minute walk to the beautiful five-star Sheraton Hotel where there is a pool bar serving lunches and drinks overlooking the sea. A large shopping centre is approximately a 10 minute walk from the villa and offers a selection of cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, a large supermarket and a multi-lingual cinema. It is a ten minute walk to the nearest beach. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
