This attractive villa is perfect for a small group seeking a relaxing holiday in an excellent standard of accommodation. It is ideally located within walking distance of the traditional village of Guia, with its welcoming locals and choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. Some of the areas best known attractions are only a short drive away and the exclusive resort of Albuferia, with its beautiful beach and superb amenities, is a twenty minute drive. Villa Almendoeira is next door and Villas Micaelao and Liliana are situated close by for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.

Interior

This superb, single storey villa has been tastefully decorated, using warm colours and good quality furnishings. It has an open-plan living and dining room with a wood burning fireplace and patio doors leading to the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. Villa Belmira has two delightful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a television and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have access to a separate shower room. This villa can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under the age of 12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to a covered and comfortably furnished dining terrace, which provides a relaxing setting for al fresco dining. This raised terrace overlooks the beautiful, 10 x 4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by integral steps. It is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, edged by a colourful, mature garden. External stairs lead to a roof terrace which is unsuitable for small children.

Amenities

Villa Belmira is located within the desirable development of Qunita dos Alamos. It is a ten minute walk to the small village of Guia, which has traditional restaurants, bars and cafes. The superb Zoo-Marine Park, which hosts shows and offers the opportunity to swim with dolphins, is only a five minute drive. It is a ten minute drive to the large Algarve Shopping Centre, which has a huge range of shops and amenities. The villa is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Algarve and it is only six kilometres from the popular coastal resort of Albufeira, with sandy beaches and a wide variety of tourist attractions.

Services

There is a maid service three days a week with a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer there is also a weekly linen change.
