Villa Arcadia is a charming, secluded one-storey villa nestled amongst the banana plantations of the Coral Bay and Kissonegra areas. The open-plan, L shaped design ensures guests can enjoy the superb views across the private swimming pool area to the seas around the beautiful island of Cyprus from every part of the villa. The villa is conveniently located only four hundred metres from the coast, midway between Coral Bay and Paphos and has sandy beaches within easy reach. The traditional village of Kissonegra is only three minutes drive and offers a variety of taverns, restaurants, bars and shops.

Interior

The comfortable living area is an open-plan space giving a light and airy feel, complimented by tasteful, good quality furnishings. The living room has a dining area and double patio doors opening onto a covered terrace and the pool area. A feature archway leads to the good quality kitchen with an American breakfast bar and all the appliances necessary for a self catering holiday. Villa Arcadia has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a separate wardrobe area, and an en suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have built-in wardrobes and the use of a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms have double patio doors onto the pool area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an extra cost which is payable locally. There is a ramp from the living room to the terrace making the villa more suitable for disabled persons. Villa Arcadia will accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under the age of 12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

Patio doors from three bedrooms and the living room give access to covered and open terraces and the 9x4 metre swimming pool. It is accessed by ladder steps and ample outdoor furniture is provided for guests to enjoy the patio area and the fabulous sea views. Guests can cool off in the poolside shower before enjoying a long lunch or dinner under the large gazebo cooked on the built-in barbecue.

Amenities

The villa is located four kilometres from the sought after resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar and several water sports facilities. The resort has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonegra has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs from near the villa or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an extra cost which is payable locally.
