This exclusive, large villa has sea views and is in a wonderful setting next to a banana plantation and surrounded by citrus groves. It is only a 15 minute walk to unspoilt cove beaches and offers a very high standard of accommodation. Located in St George, near the famous sea caves it is only 4km to the sought after resort of Coral Bay with its excellent amenities and large sandy beach. The traditional village of Peyeia is 1.5 km away and the nearest restaurant is only 150 metres away.

Interior

The comfort of guests is a priority in this spacious villa and it is a perfect choice in which to unwind and relax. It has a bright and airy open plan living room with air-conditioning, a raised dining area and two sets of patio doors leading to the terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday and has a breakfast table. Villa Allejanderina has five good sized bedrooms with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom is on the ground floor with twin beds and a separate shower room. The luxurious sauna room with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower are on a lower level. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two with twin beds with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private, sunny balcony with excellent sea views.

Exterior

This extensive property has lovely sea views, colourful gardens and several terraces on various levels. Some of these provide cooling respite from the many hours of Cypriot sun and others offer a marvellous venue in which to soak up the sun. The large 10x5 metre swimming pool is entered by roman steps and has an adjacent poolside shower. Two large covered dining terraces, one poolside the other outside the dining room together with a built-in barbecue provide the perfect venues for al fresco dining. For larger parties there are three adjacent villas which are connected by gates within their gardens. They are each totally independent and set in their own, large properties.

Amenities

Warm Cypriot hospitality can be enjoyed in this beautiful area of Cyprus. St George is a charming, sleepy village with a few simple places to eat and a relaxed atmosphere. The large village of Peyeia is a 5 minute drive from the villa and offers a variety of supermarkets, taverns, bars, and restaurants. It is a good place to meet the friendly Cypriots in a traditional setting while dining on delicious mezes. A few minutes drive leads to the centre of Coral Bay with it's wealth of high quality amenities for discerning holiday makers. The sought after resort of Coral Bay has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, water sports and the resort has a good selection of restaurants, boutiques and shops. A drive into the hills leads you into beautiful countryside and delightful traditional villages where you can enjoy a meal among the wonderfully friendly locals in a tavern. A 25 minute drive past the Tombs of the Kings takes you into the lively town of Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping for treasures to take home and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. The sauna, Jacuzzi and air-conditioning are available at an extra cost paid locally.
