These four popular villas are in a prime position by the sea and close to the amenities of Coral Bay, Paphos and the little, traditional Cypriot village of Kissonegra. Surrounded by banana plantations, citrus groves and situated only 40 metres from the sea they offer good quality holiday accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere.

Interior

Sachenka Villas have been simply and comfortably furnished to a very good standard and have air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. They are on two floors and benefit from several large patio doors leading to terraces and balconies providing a lot of light. The living room is open plan to the kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and garden. The villas each have three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with sea views. Also on this floor is a bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to its own balcony. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

Exterior

Patio doors lead out to the garden and sunbathing terrace surrounding the 8x4 metre swimming pool which is entered by ladder steps. Alongside this is a gazebo which provides cooling shade to the al fresco dining area and barbecue.

Amenities

A short stroll leads to the seafront, and there is a sandy beach within a five minute walk along the coast. The villa is located four kilometres from the resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs every 30 – 40 minutes from near the villa or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. The air-conditioning is available at an extra cost paid locally.
