This charming, country villa is located in an unbeatable scenic setting of rolling hills and citrus groves. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the bustle of the tourist resorts whilst being within a few minutes drive to the picturesque and traditional small town of Polis and the sleepy village of Latchi with its long beach and fish restaurants.

Interior

Traditionally furnished to a very good standard this lovely single storey villa offers attractive and comfortable accommodation. It has a spacious, open plan living room with a timber beamed ceiling, a feature fireplace, several patio doors to the terrace and a stone archway to the dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Villa Conde has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two with twin beds. There is a guest toilet adjacent to the living room.

Exterior

The delightful garden, swimming pool and surrounding sunbathing terrace have wonderful, wide views over the countryside and colourful citrus groves. The 8x4 metre attractively shaped pool is entered by roman steps and has an adjacent poolside shower. A comfortably furnished, covered patio is located outside the living room and there is a dining and barbeque area to complete the beautiful exterior of this property. This magical setting is perfect for many hours of relaxation in the wonderful Cypriot climate.

Amenities

Villa Conde is one of a small group of similar, traditional, villas set in their own grounds. Although it is in a country location it is only minutes from several villages with restaurants and supermarkets. A ten minute drive takes you to the larger, coastal village of Polis which has become a charming and lively venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants with a few shops in between, this is a perfect venue to while away the hours eating delicious food and enjoying local life. Following the coastline to the west, lies the simple village of Latchi, with its long beach, small harbour and large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include diving, snorkelling, exciting jeep safaris and balloon flights. The main, lively tourist areas of Coral Bay and Paphos with a wealth of attractions and excursions of all varieties are a twenty minute drive from the villa.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost and is payable locally.
