With the most spectacular sea views on the island and sunsets to die for, this property provides a wonderful holiday experience. The outdoor areas of this property are uniquely lovely. It is in an excellent location only 2 kilometres to the beach of Cala Conta, widely considered to be one of the best on the island and ten minutes drive to the beautiful beaches of Cala Codolar, Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa.

Interior

This two storey villa has been comfortably decorated with traditional style furnishings. It has an open-plan living room and dining room with a fireplace and a simple kitchen. Sa Comte has four bedrooms. Two are on the main floor, one has twin beds, the other a double bed and they share a bathroom. On the lower level there are two newly re-furbished bedrooms with twin beds and a shared bathroom.

Exterior

The views from the exterior of this property are truly spectacular and make it one of the most sought after in the area. It has spacious and decorative terraces overlooking the swimming pool, the sea and the neighbouring islands of Conejera and Esparta. Outdoor living and dining areas with a barbecue and a hammock provide idyllic venues in which to relax in the glorious surroundings, enjoy al fresco meals or watch breathtaking sunsets while sipping glasses of chilled wine. The swimming pool measures 8x4 metres and is entered by roman steps. Due to the low terrace walls and railing some families may not think it suitable for small children.

Amenities

This villa is ideal for nature lovers, sunset seekers and those really looking to get away from it all. It is located up an unmade track and is surrounded by fragrant trees on a pine clad hill and offers a peaceful retreat from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. The surrounding area is residential on the hill side and farmland on the flatter ground and there are no villages in the immediate vicinity. There are however, restaurants and mini-markets dotted about in various locations to be discovered. San Jose is just over 10 kilometres away from the villa and there are several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. The closest beaches are Cala Bassa and Cala Conta which are probably two of the best beaches on the island and have been given the EU “Blue Flag” status. The area of San Antonio Bay is also about 9 kilometres from the villa where you’ll find a wide variety of shops and facilities. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 25 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.
