This outstanding, modern villa has been built in original Ibithenco architectural style and has been finished to an excellent quality. It has been very stylishly decorated and offers a peaceful and elegant atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The property is in a beautiful secluded location with stunning views over a lush, green valley. There are several, superb beaches nearby as well as the laid back village of San Carlos which has a good selection of restaurants as well as a weekly Hippy market

Interior

The extensive use of warm, local wood on the ceilings and the authentic tiles, add to the great charm of this single storey villa. It is spacious and has been decorated using very high quality furnishings. The villa has two living areas, one of which is a formal and comfortable living room. The other has a cozy seating area with a fireplace and a television. There is a superb, fully fitted, country style kitchen and dining room at the centre of the house. Villa Las Dalias has four bedrooms. Two are within the main house and share a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. One has a double bed, the other has twin beds. There are two, separate bedrooms located on a lower level by the swimming pool. Each has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. These are ideal for sets of couples or families with older children wishing for greater privacy and space and each have access to the poolside terrace. The villa is air-conditioned throughout

Exterior

The beautiful grounds of this villa have been laid out to provide charming areas in which to relax and appreciate the marvelous warm climate. They offer both shaded areas and sunbathing venues and are romantically lit at night. The centre point is the beautiful, 10x5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by lush gardens and terraces furnished with good quality garden furniture. Al fresco dining can be enjoyed either on the terrace outside the living room or by the poolside, under the free-standing pergola with its adjacent barbecue, sink and food preparation area.

Amenities

Villa Las Dalias is located approximately 6 kilometres from the holiday resort of Es Cana and 8 kilometres from the town of Santa Eulalia. Closer by is the village of San Carlos, where you will find the closest bars, restaurants and a small selection of local shops. Here in the restaurant called Las Dalias they hold a weekly Hippy market on Saturdays. The much larger and more commercial Hippy Market is held on Wednesdays in the Punta Arabi area of Es Cana. There are some excellent water sports in Es Cana including sailing, banana boat, windsurfing, parasailing, catamaran, and diving. Es Cana is a holiday destination complete with all amenities, including good restaurants and an excellent choice of pubs and bars. For children there is a water park and a small attraction park. A ferry boat runs a shuttle service connecting Es Cana, Cala Llonga, Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town which makes a pleasant alternative to driving to and fro. A boat trip to the island of Formentera is another popular day out. Santa Eulalia is one of the 3 towns on the island and as well as having some hotels and apartments it is populated mainly by locals. It has therefore a real buzz about it with many bars, restaurants, shops as well as the areas larger supermarkets for all your holiday needs.

Services

For guests staying longer then seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 500 Euros is required upon arrival.
