This beautifully restored, traditional, Ibithen house offers spacious comfort in lovely, rural surroundings. It is set in large, private and lush grounds, which command excellent views over the countryside to the sea. The location, practically at the centre of the island makes it an ideal spot in which to enjoy any type of holiday you want in Ibiza!

Interior

This charming villa has been decorated and furnished to a very good quality and has beautiful, high wooden ceilings throughout. It has a large living room, a dining area and a very well-equipped, modern kitchen. Villa Can Noria has four bedrooms with TV’s and air-conditioning. On the ground floor there is a double and a twin bedroom, both of them have an en-suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor you will find a shower room with toilet and this room contains the washing machine. Another twin and double room can be found upstairs on the first floor.

Exterior

The beautiful, green tiled 11 x 5 metre swimming pool is at the rear of the villa along with a grassed garden area. It is surrounded by very large sun terraces which are furnished with sun beds and a parasol. A superb, canopied day bed is located on an elevated, poolside terrace and there is an alfresco dining area romantically placed under a tree. A separate entertainment room is accessed from the garden and has a barbecue and a fridge.

Amenities

Villa Can Noria is located in the country side in an enviable position near the village of San Rafael in the centre of the island. It is an ideal base from which to be able to relax and soak up the Ibithenco way of life but without being too far away from the islands amenities. The 3 towns on the island are Ibiza town, 8 kilometers away, Santa Eulalia, 14 Kilometers away and San Antonio, 10 kilometers away. Closer by the village of San Rafael itself is where you will find the closest bars, restaurants and a small selection of local shops. The small selection of restaurants is varied and there is even a Moroccan restaurant complete with Bedouin tents. Supermarkets and every other type of shopping can be found in all of the three towns mentioned above. The area surrounding the villa is both tranquil and picturesque however San Rafael is also the nearest village to two of the island's most famous nightclubs, Amnesia and Privilege both within walking distance of the village centre. There are many beaches within a short drive of the villa the nearest being Talamanca which is just 9 kilometres away, and both the trendy Las Salinas and family Cala Llonga beaches are less than a 20 minute drive away.
