They have superb sea views and are set in extensive gardens with spectacular, infinity swimming pools cascading into a child’s pool. They have the unique benefit of sharing a private tennis court. The delightful, traditional, village of Argaka is a 2 minutes drive away and offers a glimpse of the true charm of Cyprus and has some local bars and taverns. It is a 5 minute drive to the lively village of Polis with its excellent amenities and wealth of taverns, restaurants and bars. The nearby, sleepy village of Latchi is 15 minutes drive away and attracts visitors from afar to its excellent, traditional fish restaurants and offers a selection of marine excursions. The other villas are Amalthia Springs and Alexis which can be booked for larger parties.
InteriorThese superb, two storey villas are extremely spacious and airy. They have an open plan, elegantly furnished living room, dining room and a large well-appointed kitchen. The villas have four, well furnished and good sized bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a large balcony with breathtaking sea views. There are two further bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, one has an en-suite shower room, the other has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors that lead out to the swimming pool and terrace. These villas all have air-conditioning throughout which is included in the villa rental cost and dial up internet access which is incurrs an extra charge, payable locally. This must be booked at least one month prior to arrival.
ExteriorThese villas are located in their extensive, individual, private grounds overlooking the sea. They each have a stunning, 12x6 metre, infinity swimming pool, which is accessed by roman steps and cascades into a children’s pool, on a lower level, in the garden. The swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace, with a gazebo and a large parasol providing welcome respite from the many hours of hot sun. This area is accessed by gated, stone steps and leads to the shared tennis court. Two patio dining areas are located on the terrace outside the villa and together with a barbecue and traditional wood burning oven, provide an idyllic venue for hours of al fresco dining, while enjoying the beautiful views. The terrace and garden can be romantically lit at night. These villas have excellent views of the Argaka bay area and this beautiful region of Cyprus is extremely lush in vegetation, with fruit trees, citrus groves and sub-tropical plants.
AmenitiesThis beautiful region, with its breathtaking views and miles and miles of picturesque coastline provides a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. It is adjacent to the Akamas Peninsular where a spectacular variety of local wildlife can be found. This area also provides a variety of road side restaurants and taverns, offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The village of Argaka is only a 2 minute drive away and this is where the nearest mini market and bar can be found. Argaka is located near the coastal resort of Polis, a 5 minute drive away, which has become a charming and active venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants, with a few shops in between. This is a perfect venue to while away the hours enjoying delicious food and local life. Following the coastline to the west, lies the simple village of Latchi with its long beach, small harbour and large choice of traditional fish restaurants dotted along the sea front. From the harbour, a variety of coastal excursions can be booked, including small boat hire for fishing trips. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include diving, snorkelling, exciting jeep safaris and balloon flights. The Baths of Aphrodite are among many famous tourist attractions in the area and a drive to the Troodos Mountains provides a beautiful and fascinating spectacle of Cyprus.
