This superb, luxurious villa is set in the prestigious golf valley of Marbella with four exclusive golf courses on its doorstep. It is only a short drive to the world famous leisure marina at Puerto Banus with shops, bars and restaurant.

Interior

This substantial, elegant, family villa is very spacious and has been decorated to an extremely high standard. An entrance hall leads into the living room, which is beautifully furnished with antiques and has a formal dining area. Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a separate, country style kitchen, which has a large breakfast table and access to a breakfast terrace as well as a door leading directly into the dining room. The villa has four bedrooms. The stylish master bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. It has a fireplace and a small television. Patio doors lead onto the covered terrace and pool area. Two more bedrooms have twin beds and share a large family bathroom. For additional convenience there is a cloakroom located close by. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and an additional bedroom can be made available for parties of over 8 people. This bedroom is self contained in a separate wing off of the courtyard and can be accessed from the pool area. It has a spacious living area with a seating area to relax and a small breakfast table. This bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and is fitted with air-conditioning. Exterior

The villa is set in beautiful mature gardens with large palm trees providing shaded areas. Outside the living room there is a large semi-covered L-shaped terrace with comfortable seating making a perfect place to relax in the shade. Extensive lawns and sunbathing terraces surround the lovely 8x4 metre swimming pool, which is entered via roman steps and has a beautiful feature fountain built into it. There is a built-in barbecue and marble dining table to enjoy alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. There is an additional breakfast terrace, which can be accessed by the dining area as well as the kitchen and has a breakfast table. The villa has a private gated driveway, easily fitting two cars.

Amenities

Nueva Andalucia is an attractive area west of Marbella only five minute drive to Puerto Banus that accommodates Marbella’s one and only Casino. The villa is located in the golf valley that consists of four golf courses, Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta set on the mountainside. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks and a gym are only one kilometre away. Puerto Banus is only two kilometres from the villa and has a wonderful beach, which stretches towards Marbella, perfect for a stroll along its promenade. In the summer months, bullfights take place in the local bullring , which is 1,5 kilometers away and is also host to excellent concerts from international bands. From there you can walk down to the yacht harbour of Puerto Banus where you will find an amazing choice of designer shops and restaurants that turn into a buzzing night life area in the late evenings. The town of Marbella is a 12 kilometres drive, passing through the "Golden Mile" with more exquisite restaurants and beach bars locally called Chiringuitos.
