This delightful, three-bedroom villa is set in a colourful and picturesque garden, with mature trees providing welcome shade, in this marvellous warm climate. It offers charming holiday accommodation and is ideally located 1 kilometre from Pollenca.

Interior

This single-storey, traditional Mallorcan villa, is full of character and is decorated to a high standard, using some local antiques. It has a spacious living room with a feature fireplace, a dining area and patio doors leading out to a covered terrace. There is a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen. Villa Son Mina has three attractive bedrooms with twin beds and air-conditioning. They share a full bathroom and a shower room.

Exterior

The pretty garden wraps around the villa and provides a peaceful and relaxing hideaway. It surrounds the attractive 11 x 4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. Comfortable seating areas, together with a dining table and chairs, a barbecue and table tennis, complete an enchanting holiday picture.

Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining, or a drink, at one of the many charming local bars. Eleven kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 4 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 8 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
