This modern villa is in an excellent location in the sought after, residential Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a ten minute walk to the picturesque old harbour where there is a large choice of good restaurants, bars and a nearby beach. The centre of the resort with it’s miles of glorious, golden beaches and a wealth of attractions is within walking distance. The villa benefits from a wheelchair ramp from the off road parking area to the front door and pool area.

Interior

This very attractive, single storey villa is decorated to a high standard and offers spacious and airy accommodation. It has a stylish living room with wicker seating, a formal dining area and patio doors leading to a very sheltered, private furnished terrace. There is a large, separate, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and access to a laundry area. Villa Graciella has three bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and shared shower room.

Exterior

The villa is set in large, private, gated grounds with off road parking and is surrounded by a garden with mature sub-tropical plants. Large patio doors in the hall lead to the garden and the walled sun terrace which surrounds the 8x3.5 metre electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. This area is quite secluded and provides a good level of privacy. A barbecue, ample sun beds and dining furniture make it ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation in a wind protected setting. The pretty terrace outside the living room provides a very secluded terrace and a protected sun trap.

Amenities

The location of Casa Graciella is ideal for holiday makers who want to be near to all the amenities of the resort, at the same time as being in a residential area. It is a ten minute walk into the picturesque old harbour area, where there is a vast selection of good, Canarian restaurants. Here one can sit and relax while watching the activities of the port and enjoy marvellous sunsets, or join one of the many boat excursions. The smaller beach of Playa Chico is within ten minutes walk from the villa and has one of the islands biggest diving and snorkelling centres. The excellent, new Biosphere shopping centre is near by and the nightlife, shops and miles of golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are in walking distance.

Services

For guests staying for longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change.
