This Menorcan style villa is set in well-tended grounds with a lovely pool area having marvellous views to the sea and a spacious terrace for alfresco dining. The villa is located in an elevated position within the resort of Son Bou with shops, a supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The lovely beach of Son Bou is a short drive away.

Interior

This detached, two- storey villa has been furnished and decorated in a contemporary, Spanish style. The living room incorporates a dining table and has French patio doors leading onto a shaded terrace. There is a separate well-equipped kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms. The charming open plan master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a slanted ceiling with wooden beams. It has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony with panoramic views to the sea. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a full sized family bathroom. One has a double bed; the other one has twin beds.

Exterior

The villa is set in an elevated position providing glorious views to the sea. A pergola and canvas canopy provide shade to the terrace area which has patio dining furniture. Stairs and a ramp lead down to the pool area. A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 10x6 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. There are several sun lounges for sunbathing and a poolside shower. There is also a built-in barbecue.

Amenities

The villas are located in the resort of Son Bou, 16 kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The beach is 1.9 kilometres away and can best be accessed by car. On the way to the beach you will find a supermarket 900 metres away as well as several restaurants, shops and a chemist another 400 metres from there. Son Bou has a small waterpark and a newly built bowling alley, providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and bars equipped with pool tables. The next biggest town is Mahon, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
