This elegant villa is in an elevated position overlooking the beach of Son Bou. It has marvellous panoramic views to the sea and a spacious terrace for alfresco dining. Shops, a supermarket and restaurants are all in walking distance and the resort of Son Bou and the beach is a short drive away

Interior

The villa is very bright and has a spacious living room with built in seating as well as comfortable couches and an open fireplace. Patio doors open up onto a covered terrace. The separate dining area is open plan to a modern, well-equipped kitchen. A door gives access to the same terrace. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has attached twin beds and patio doors opening onto the pool area and covered terrace. It has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Exterior

A staircase leads up to the villa level and onto the large sunny terrace and entrance. Patio doors from the living room lead to the covered terrace with glorious views to the sea. The terrace has two dining tables, making it a wonderful setting for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. The 9x5 metre swimming pool is entered via roman steps and surrounded by a large sun terrace with several sun lounges. There is a built-in barbecue and a poolside shower.

Amenities

Villa Anaja is set on San Jaime hill located in the resort of Son Bou, 16 kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The beach is 2.1 kilometres away and can best be accessed by car. On the way to the beach there is a supermarket 1.7 kilometre away as well as several restaurants, shops and a chemist. Son Bou has a small waterpark and a newly built bowling alley, providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and bars equipped with pool tables. The next biggest town is Mahon, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
