(as rated by 2 recent visitors) | These excellent, modern garden villas are located in a prestigious area of Son Bou and have superb views over the sea and neighbouring island of Mallorca. They are ideally located two kilometres from the beach with restaurants, bars and a Waterpark nearby.
InteriorEach villa has a spacious, stylishly decorated living room with dining area with patio doors leading onto the terrace, which is shaded by wooden beams. The bungalows each have three bedrooms. One bedroom has twin bed and an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both share a full size family bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors leading into the garden area and are equipped with air-conditioning.
ExteriorSes Moreretas are set amongst communal gardens within a quiet area of Son Bou. Patio doors lead from the living and dining area onto extensive sun terraces which surround the kidney shaped 7x3 metre swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi . There are sun lounges and a barbecue, making it a wonderful setting for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings.
AmenitiesThe villas are located in the resort of Son Bou, 16 kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The nearest beach is only approximately two kilometres away. Just over one kilometre from the resort, on the way to the beach, there is a supermarket as well as several restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. Son Bou has a small Waterpark and a newly built bowling alley, providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and a selection of bars. The nearest large town is Mahon, the capital, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
ServicesFor guests staying here there is daily mini-clean. Towel and linen will be changed three times a week. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well as an extensive welcome pack to ensure a great start into your holiday.

Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £150 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
