They are ideally located two kilometres from the beach with restaurants, bars and a Waterpark nearby. Each has the luxury of it’s own private jet stream pool with an integrated Jacuzzi.
InteriorThese elegant, single storey villas have been beautifully decorated to a very high standard and offer several luxurious extra features. Each has a spacious, stylishly decorated living room with patio doors leading onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a formal dining area. Each villa has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. One bedroom has twin beds, another has a double bed and each has it’s own shower room with a hydro massage shower. All the villas are equipped with air-conditioning.
ExteriorVillas Ses Milanos are set on a hilltop in a quiet area of Son Bou. This group of luxury villas is electrically gated for additional privacy and security. The extensive, covered terrace of each property is accessed by the living room which runs the full length of the villa, overlooking the attractive garden. This is an idyllic location for al fresco dining. The beautiful 10x5 meter, jet stream, exercise pool has the added benefit of an integrated Jacuzzi. It is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with a large parasol providing shade on hot summer days. A barbecue can be delivered to the villa on request.
AmenitiesThe villas are located in the resort of Son Bou, sixteen kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The nearest beach, is only approximately two kilometres away. Just over one kilometre from the resort, on the way to the beach, there is a supermarket as well as several restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. Son Bou has a small Waterpark and a newly built bowling alley, providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and a selection of bars. The nearest large town is Mahon, the capital, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
ServicesFor guests staying here there is daily mini-clean. Towel and linen will be changed three times a week. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well as an extensive welcome pack to ensure a good start into your holiday. Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £150 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations - More than 70 days before departure the deposit will be retained
