This modern design villa is located within a residential area of Binibeca and is just 1 kilometre from the beautiful sandy beach of Binibeca Nou. Villa Sa Roca offers a peaceful retreat, nestled amongst fragrant pine trees, but is only a short distance from restaurants and a supermarket. Its rural location and nearby amenities make it ideal for a relaxing, stress free holiday.

Interior

This single storey villa has been furnished in traditional, Spanish style in contrast to the modern architectural design. The living room is very spacious with large patio doors opening into the garden, making it very light and airy. There is a large dining area, which has access to the kitchen and large patio doors opening onto the covered terrace. The separate, modern kitchen is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday and has a door leading to a separate terrace. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading to a small terrace. The other three bedrooms have twin beds. One bedroom has patio doors to a small terrace. They all share two shower rooms, which are modern in design with walk-in showers and wooden shower floors.

Exterior

This villa is surrounded by pine trees, giving it a lot of privacy. The garden is mostly covered with the typical Menorcan style gravel and has a couple of olive trees. The covered terrace has garden patio furniture and a barbecue to enjoy dining on warm summer evenings. The 8x4 metre swimming pool is entered via integral steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace with several sun lounges allowing for many hours lazing in the warm Menorcan sun.

Amenities

The villa is conveniently located one kilometre to one of Menorca´s most sought after beaches located in the villa resort of Binibeca Nou. There is a small commercial centre 1.2 kilometres from the villa with a few restaurants and supermarket. Just four kilometres away is the old picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell, which due to its small winding cobblestone paths and whitewashed houses with wooden beams has become a favourite tourist attraction point to stroll around and enjoy a tranquil afternoon. Along the coastline are a various sheltered coves with footpaths and steps that lead down to man made platforms, providing areas to sunbathe and enter the crystal blue sea.

For guests staying here there is a mid-weekly mini-clean as well as a weekly full clean with towel and linen change. A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional charge.
