This is a charming, rural property set in mature gardens with a solar heated, private swimming pool. It is conveniently located one minutes’ drive into the charming village of La Oliva and a further two minutes to the neighbouring village of Villa Verde. The nearest restaurant is within a two minute walk. The bustling resort of Corralejo and the stunning, un-spoilt beaches at El Cotillo are approximately a twelve minute drive.

Interior

This villa is decorated in rustic style using attractive, good quality, antique furniture and has wooden ceilings throughout. It has a spacious, comfortable living room with a dining area and a door to the front terrace. There is a separate, country kitchen which has access to the garden and swimming pool. Casa Conchita has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and there are two bedrooms with twin beds. The villa has a full bathroom and a shower room.

Exterior

Access to the villa leads you through a large garden with mature trees to an attractive, furnished patio. At the back of the property there is a sun bathing terrace surrounding 7x3 metre, solar heated swimming pool. A third of the pool is only 1 metre deep with steps to the deeper end and there is an outdoor shower. Patio dining furniture has been placed under a wooden pergola providing pleasant shade for al fresco dining.

Amenities

La Oliva is a traditional Canarian village just twelve minutes drive from the fabulous dune beaches at Corralejo, also to the Surfing and lagoon beaches at El Cotillo. The village is a ten minute walk and has a supermarket, pharmacy, bar and a Chinese restaurant. It is a two minute drive to Villa Verde where there is a large selection of good restaurants and a delightful, rural hotel which serves excellent Spanish cuisine. The location is perfect for clients wanting a peaceful holiday but where amenities of a resort and fantastic beaches are only a short drive away. Corralejo is a twelve minute drive and is the main resort in the North of Fuerteventura. It has a huge, new water park, a market, an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches which, as well as being stunning places to bathe, are also very popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers. The island’s only golf course is a 30 minute drive away in Caleta de Fuste. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes.
