This magnificent, luxury villa is in an elevated position and commands panoramic views over the lovely resort of Playa Blanca, the sea and the nearby mountains. It is a short drive to the beach at Playa Flamingo and into the centre of the resort which has an excellent choice of attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The famous, un-spoilt, golden Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive and the resort is home to the new, international Marina Rubicon with designer shops and good cuisine. This is an excellent family villa and offers many extras.

Interior

This impressive, detached, two storey villa offers excellent, spacious and high quality holiday accommodation. The main entrance is on the upper level and leads in to the open plan living and dining room which is furnished with elegant bamboo furniture and has large patio doors to the terrace. There is a Television, DVD player and for the younger clients there is a Play Station 2 with a choice of games. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen with patio doors to the dining and barbeque terrace. The villa has five spacious bedrooms. The main level has a master bedroom with a super-king sized four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and patio doors to the terrace. There is a bedroom with twin beds and one with a single bed and bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms have patio doors and they share a family shower room. All the patio doors in the villa have extra, high security locks for the safety of children. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa and are accessed via steps from the terrace. There is a lovely, superbly decorated, large bedroom with a king sized, four-poster bed and a bedroom with twin beds which share a shower room. There is a ¾ sized pool table, table tennis and table football on the terrace providing fun for the whole family. For the comfort of future guests smoking is only permitted on the terraces of the villa. Several electric fans and radiators are provided in the villa. This villa can accommodate up to a party of nine adults and three children due to the bedroom configuration and the addition of a foldaway bed.

Exterior

Montana Vista has two extensive, connected terraces on the upper level of the property. They both have magnificent views over the sea, the resort of Playa Blanca and the mountains. On one of them there is a beautiful 9x5 metre, electrically heated swimming pool which is entered by ladder steps and is surrounded by a sun bathing terrace and has a poolside shower. The other terrace makes an idyllic venue for entertaining and al fresco dining overlooking miles of lovely scenery. It is lit at night by several external lights on timers and makes a magical setting for watching the lights of the resort and ships. This area is enhanced by a large, built-in barbecue with adjacent seating.

Amenities

The villa is conveniently located a few minutes drive outside of the centre of the resort. The nearest supermarket is a two minute drive and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars within a five minute drive. The beautiful, golden Playa Flamingo beach is also within this distance. The new, sophisticated Marina Rubicon with designer shops and international cuisine is approximately a seven minute drive. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a ten minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip depart from the Marina. Playa Blanca is approximately a 40 minute transfer from the airport.
