This is a lovely penthouse located in a quiet community development close to Arenal beach and the canal of Javea. It has several terraces and is airy and bright throughout.

Interior

This superb penthouse is set on the second and third floor of a prestigious development. The elegant, large living room has a ceiling fan and is open plan to a stylish dining area with patio doors leading onto a small covered terrace. There is a separate kitchen, which is well equipped with modern quality appliances. The penthouse has two bedrooms located on the third floor. The master bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has twin beds. Both have access to a large terrace and share a family sized bathroom. For added comfort there is a downstairs shower room.

Exterior

There are three, attractive terraces, which offer areas for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Patio doors lead from the living and dining room onto a small covered terrace with teak dining furniture. On the top floor is a large sunbathing terrace, which is accessed by both bedrooms. A smaller sunbathing terrace is located on the top floor and has views to the canal. The penthouse is set in a secluded development and has its own allocated parking space. The community gardens are well maintained. Extensive lawns surround the large 15x6 metre pool, which is entered by ladders and a there is also a separate children’s pool. A shaded area provides residents with a lovely cool place to sit outside on hot summer days.

Amenities

The natural, pebble stone beach is in walking distance from the development only 200 Metres away and from here you can also walk to the port of Javea. El Arenal beach is located 600 metres away from the townhouse. The beach is wide and sandy and stretches along a broad promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. There are several more beaches in the area, which are especially great for snorkelling and diving. Javea also has two golf courses in the vicinity.

Services

For guests staying here, there is a weekly towel and linen change. A refundable breakage deposit of £150 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
