| | Rating:  (as rated by 2 recent visitors) | This single storey villa is equipped with good quality, stylish furnishings and is bright and spacious throughout. It is located only two kilometres from the centre of Denia in a quiet residential area with a supermarket close by.
InteriorThe villa is set on one level and has an open plan living room come dining area. The living room has a fireplace and large windows on both sides allowing sunlight to flood in and doors lead out to a covered terrace. The separate kitchen has access to the garden and is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room.
ExteriorThe covered terrace overlooks the surrounding countryside and runs along the entire front of the villa and is accessed via the main living room. Steps lead down to the pool area with an 8x4 metre pool which is entered via roman steps. The pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with several sun loungers and an extensive orchard planted with almond, lemon and orange trees. The open barbecue terrace is very spacious and has a built-in barbecue with separate sink. The villa has a private, gated driveway and ample parking space.
AmenitiesThe villa is located 1.5 kilometres away from the centre of Denia. This town is a relaxed family resort dotted with colourful villas and blessed with 16 kilometres of long sandy beaches. All of these beaches have the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness and many are wheelchair accessible. The closest beach is two kilometres from the villa. In summer beach bars, locally known as ‘Chiringuitos’ are built on the beach and provide a wonderful setting for enjoying Spanish paella or tapas washed down with a glass of delicious wine. The airport of Valencia and Alicante are each at approximately 100 kilometres distance away.
