InteriorThe main living area of the villa is set on the first floor to maximize the wonderful views over the surrounding countryside up to Mount Montgó and the sea. The living room is decorated with Spanish, country style furniture, has air-conditioning and a fireplace. The open plan kitchen incorporates the dining area and is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two double beds joined together. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have their own sink in the room and share a family bathroom. For additional convenience, there is a cloakroom.
ExteriorThe villa has several terraces and areas to relax and enjoy alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. There is a covered terrace, which is accessed through the main living area overlooking the sea and countryside. Steps lead down the front side of the house to the pool area and down the back to the barbecue area. The 8x4 metre pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with several sun lounges and an extensive orchard planted with almond, lemon and orange trees. The barbecue area is sheltered and has a separate sink and working surface. Steps lead up the house onto a small open terrace. The villa has a private, gated driveway and ample parking space.
AmenitiesThe villa is located two kilometres away from the centre of Denia. This town is a relaxed family resort dotted with colourful villas and blessed with 16 kilometres of long sandy beaches. All of these beaches have the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness and many are wheelchair accessible. The closest beach is three kilometres from the villa. In summer beach bars, locally known as ‘Chiringuitos’ are built on the beach and provide a wonderful setting for enjoying Spanish paella or tapas washed down with a glass of delicious wine.
