This lovely villa lies in a very picturesque setting on the way to one of the most beautiful beaches called Cala de Vincente. Snuggled in between the mountain ranges with wide open orchards surrounding it, it is in a peaceful location with the advantage of being very close to the town of Pollensa.

Interior

This charming, detached single storey villa has been built in the style of a Mallorquine finca and has been furnished and decorated in traditional, Spanish style. The attractive living and dining rooms are entered through the main entrance. They lead into the rustic, country style kitchen which is well equipped for a self catering holiday with a breakfast table, an open fireplace and a pantry. There is a door leading to the covered barbecue terrace and pool area. The villa has four bedrooms, three of which are located in the main house. They are all equipped with air-conditioning and heating units. The master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Another twin bedroom and one with a double bed share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in an annexe and has access from the covered terrace. It has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Exterior

The covered, sheltered terrace is furnished with a patio table and chairs, a long wooden table and benches and a barbecue, which makes it ideal for alfresco dining in the lazy Mallorquine evenings. The beautiful 8 x 4 metre pool is a little elevated from the gardens and surrounded by a sun terrace with several sun-lounges. The entire area is enclosed by orange and lemon trees with spectacular views to the distant mountain ranges.

Amenities

The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 2 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s north coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining, or have a drink, at one of the many charming local bars. A short drive away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. A nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 5 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is nearby, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
