It is situated on the outskirts of the Port of Pollensa and is within one kilometre to the beautiful, golden, beaches of Port of Pollensa as well as a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. It has panoramic views to the mountains and sea.
InteriorThis villa is very light and bright and has been decorated to a good standard using mostly modern, Spanish furnishings. The main living area of the villa is set on the first floor to maximise the wonderful views. The living room has an open fire place and patio doors leading to the balcony with breathtaking sea views. The elegant dining room is very bright due to large windows on two sides. The separate kitchen has a small breakfast table, a pantry and access to a utility area. The villa has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ornate, Spanish double bed and patio doors leading to the terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. One of which also has access to the large terrace. There is a bathroom and a separate shower room.
ExteriorThe large terrace on the first floor overlooks the swimming pool. It has patio furniture for al fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking views. The covered barbecue terrace is very spacious and is located on the garden level. Green lawns surround the lovely 10 x 5 metre pool which is entered via roman steps.
AmenitiesThe villa is situated in front of a tree-lined promenade with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. An 800 metre walk along this attractive stretch takes you to beautiful, sandy beaches and the port of Pollensa. The town of Pollensa with its narrow cobblestone streets and typical Mallorquine houses is only eight kilometres away. There is a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa and a Sunday market in Pollensa town brimming with colourful local produce and handcrafts. The nine-hole golf course is only five kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca is approximately 70 kilometres away.
