This is a lovely typical mallorquine style Finca only three kilometres from the town of Pollensa. It has a spacious outside area with its own pool, a wonderful covered terrace and an entrance that is shaded by vines growing overhead. Pollensa golf course is five kilometres away and for convenience a restaurant is only 600m walking distance to the house.

Interior

This wonderful Mallorquine style house is set on one level. The well appointed living room is open plan to an attractive dining area and has patio doors leading to a covered terrace. The separate, well equipped kitchen with pantry and utility room, has a breakfast table and door leading to the covered terrace. Casa Omusa has three bedrooms. The large master bedroom has two big twin beds that can be joined to form a double bed. It has an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.

Exterior

The house is surrounded by gardens in a very tranquil setting. The covered terrace is furnished with a patio table and chairs which make it ideal for alfresco dining in the lazy Mallorquine evenings. A large sundeck surrounds the 4 x 8 metre pool. There is also a built-in barbecue and a poolside shower.

Amenities

The villa is situated 3 kilometres away from the town of Pollensa with its narrow cobblestone streets and typical Mallorquine stone houses. Pollensa is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorcas northeast coast which is 70 kilometres away from Palma. The relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa is a short drive away with its horseshoe shaped, sandy bay and promenade lined with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa offering local produce and local handcrafts. The nine hole golf course is only 5 kilometres away.
