This modern, attractive villa is in an excellent location near a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars. It is only a ten minute walk into the centre of Costa Teguise and the beaches. A large aqua park is in easy walking distance and it is only a two minute drive to the only golf course on Lanzarote. A walled-in and secluded, heated swimming pool completes the picture for an excellent family holiday.

Interior

This new, two storey villa has been furnished to a high standard and is light and airy throughout. The ground floor living area is open plan. The living room has attractive, comfortable seating and dining area with patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an adjacent utility and laundry area. The villa has three pretty bedrooms. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom , a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and an extra sitting area with with a single sofa bed, a micro fridge and CD player. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds both with patio doors to a terrace. These bedrooms share a shower room with double washbasins. A further child can be accommodated on a fold-away bed.

Exterior

This semi detached villa has terraces on both levels. Doors from the living room lead to a sunbathing terrace surrounding the 5x3metre, heated swimming pool which is entered by ladder steps. The large terrace on the first floor runs the entire width of the villa and has distant views to the sea. Patio dining furniture and a gas barbecue are provided for guests to make the most of al fresco enjoyment in the many hours of warm Lanzarote sun.

Amenities

This excellent villa is ideally located just a ten minute walk from the centre of Costa Teguise and the beautiful, golden Las Cucharas and Playa Bastian beaches. There is a good supermarket and internet café a two minute walk away and a small parade of shops and good restaurants within a five minute walk. Costa Teguise is a very popular resort which boasts a fantastic array of shops, bars and restaurants and is extremely popular with windsurfers. Lanzarote’s only golf course is a two minute drive from the development, as is the Aqua Park which is very popular with younger guests. On a Friday evening there is a small craft market in Costa Teguise and on a Sunday there is a large street market in the ancient capital of Teguise which is only a ten minute drive away. The Hotel Beatriz is a fifteen minute walk from the villa and offers an excellent Thalasso Spa.

There is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. Beach towels are provided for use around the pool
