InteriorThis apartment is very bright, modern and stylishly furnished. It features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors that lead onto the outdoor patio. The ensuite granite bathroom has a walk-in shower and oversized bath. The second bedroom has two small double beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious, bright and modern with a breakfast bar. The elegantly furnished open plan living room has a dining area and features African decorations and a beautiful, colourful art collection.
ExteriorThis apartment offers excellent indoor-outdoor living with a large patio that overlooks the garden and private pool. This area is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Next to the kitchen is a wind-protected braai area with a large built-in charcoal and a kettle barbecue. There is teak terrace dining furniture on the sheltered patio which is ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying evening sundowners. There are cushioned sunbeds beside the large 6m x 4m private pool, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Cape Town climate.

The stunning beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are a dramatic seven minute drive away along the ocean hugging road through Sea Point and Bantry Bay. There is the V&A Waterfront, famed for its upmarket shopping, colourful musical performers, restaurants, pubs and clubs only a tow to three minute drive away.
