These superb, luxurious, four or five bedroom penthouses are in glorious front line location on the most beautiful beach in the area. They all have panoramic sea views.

Interior

These excellent, bright, spacious penthouses have been decorated to a very high standard and have air conditioning. As they are all privately owned the furnishings vary but they are all of a similar standard. Each penthouse has a large living room with a dining area and patio doors leading on to a terrace. The separate kitchen has a breakfast table and is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The penthouses each have two double bedrooms and two or three with twin beds. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and the twin bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room. The properties can be accessed by a lift or stairs and occupy the entire top floor.

Exterior

The penthouses have patio doors leading to large terrace with patio furniture. All have fantastic views out to sea and offer plenty of space for alfresco dining in a glorious location. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a garden and there is direct access to the wonderful beach. There is a beautiful on-site beach bar and restaurant that offers a good selection of meals and snacks while enjoying the spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains of Africa. The promenade that stretches along the beach is perfect for long walks along the sea, leading to the port of La Duquesa where there are several restaurants and nightlife.

Amenities

Azahara Apartments are ideally located right on the beautiful beach of Castillo de la Duquesa. There are several lovely beach restaurants as well as a very good fish restaurant. The marina of La Duquesa is only a short walk along the promenade. There you have a mini-market and a big selection of several international restaurants and bars. Marbella and the fashionable Puerto Banús are just a half an hour drive away for additional entertainment. There is a weekly Sunday market held in nearby Sabinillas where everything from antiques to Moroccan arts is sold. In the mountain is the quaint little village of Manilva where you can buy fresh vegetables from a local vendor or, if you feel like it, pick your own sweet grapes. Gibraltar is a thirty minute drive south along the beautiful coast from where you can take a fantastic dolphin excursion or go to the top of the peninsula and see the caves and the famous local monkeys

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly mini-clean.
Towels and linen will be changed. There is a 24h security guard and a refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival.
