This pretty, detached villa is located on the edge of the tranquil, country village of Lajares and offers of good level of accommodation in a very peaceful location. The villa is only a short drive from the beautiful coastal village of El Cotillo and its magnificent white beaches.

Interior

This attractive, single storey villa is comfortably furnished and is bright and airy throughout. The entrance to the villa opens into the open plan lounge and dining area. Large patio doors lead out to the pool area and there is a large window overlooking the garden. The extensive windows give the villa a very light feeling. The integral kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. There are also two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.

Exterior

The villa is detached and is set in colourful, sub tropical gardens with several terraces. Sunloungers and garden furniture are provided, making the villa ideal for guests who enjoy spending time outdoors. Within the garden is the 7.7m x 3.4m private,electrically heated swimming pool which is surrounded by pretty sunbathing terraces.A barbeque can be provided on request.

Amenities

The villa is located on the edge of Lajares, which is a charming village and is very conveniently located. It is a five-minute drive to the peaceful beaches and good restaurants of El Cotillo and ten minutes drive to the stunning dunes beaches. A fifteen-minute drive takes you to the main resort of Corralejo. The village itself has a supermarket and several good restaurants and bars.
