This lovely villa with its own private swimming pool is in an excellent , peaceful location only minutes to the nearest beach. It is part of a prestigious development next to the beautiful new golf course and is only a few minutes drive from the bustling resort of Caleta de Fuste.

Interior

This stylish two storey property has been attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has a bright open plan living room with a dining area and patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with a door leading to a utility room. The villa has two stylish bedrooms, both upstairs which share a full bathroom and there is also a downstairs shower room. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony with views across the golf course to the sea. The second bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a small balcony has views of the mountains. For extra comfort the bedrooms are all fitted with ceiling fans. This property was originally two separate semi detached villas. The owner has recently purchased the adjoining property and has combined the exterior grounds, which guests have full use of. The interiors remain separate with only the rooms described here available to rent.

Exterior

Patio doors lead out to a pretty garden and a partially covered terrace with patio furniture. This enjoys spectacular sea and golf course views. The swimming pool measures 6.5 x 3.5 metres and is accessed by roman steps. The depth is 1.5 metres throughout. There is a barbecue provided for al fresco dining. Guests also have full use of the large communal swimming pool.

Amenities

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant, bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel and is offered at a discounted rate for guests of this villa. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened commercial centre. The commercial centre is approximately a 15 minute walk from the villas and offers a selection of cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, a large supermarket, a bowling alley and a cinema. At the rear of the shopping centre there are newly created sandy bays. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service. Please note that children must be over 10 years of age to stay in this villa due to the low balcony off of the twin room and the depth of the pool. Babies under one year are accepted. This villa is for non smoking clients only. A refundable security deposit of £150 is required upon arrival.
