This superb, front line villa is ideally located on one of the most popular complexes in Costa Teguise. It offers the benefits of a luxurious private villa with private heated pool along with the use of the facilities on the complex which include a shared pool, children's pool, tennis court and snack bar. The amenities of Costa Teguise are on the villa's doorstep and within easy walking distance along a sea front promenade and there is a large private terrace which has spectacular sea views.

Interior

This beautiful, single storey villa has recently been renovated and stylishly decorated to a very high standard. It is spacious, light and bright with an entire wall of patio doors looking out to the sea. Lovely butternut coloured marble floors add to the overall feeling of luxury. The large, attractive living room has patio doors to the terrace and leads to the modern kitchen and dining area. The villa has four bedrooms, each with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a small terrace. There is a further bedroom with a double bed and two more bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has patio doors to the garden and superb sea views and they share a full family bathroom.

Exterior

The villa is located on the perimeter of a popular holiday complex and has full use of its facilities. To the rear of the villa is a large terrace and private 8m x 3.8m swimming pool , accessed by roman steps, which is totally enclosed and is the perfect place for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun and enjoying the fantastic sea views. Villa Rosita enjoys the added advantage of the shared swimming pool, children's pool and other facilities of the complex which are only a minute's walk from the villa. The complex pool area has a relaxed, holiday atmosphere and is the perfect place for children to make friends with other holidaymakers. The swimming pools are surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with sunloungers and palm-thatched parasols. There is also an on-site bar, tennis courts and pool tables for guests’ use.

Amenities

Villa Rosita is ideally located on the Costa Teguise seafront. It is possible to fish and swim off the rocks by the villa or walk along the new, lit promenade linking the area to the nearby beach at Playa Bastian and the centre of Costa Teguise. The golden beach at Las Cucharas with it’s excellent windsurfing facilities and school can also be accessed by the promenade. There are many bars, restaurants and a large supermarket within a two minute walk of the villa. The resort of Costa Teguise boasts many of the island’s best restaurants which are only a few minutes walk from the villa. It is a five minute drive to the golf course and aqua park. A twenty minute drive takes you to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen and the transfer time from the airport is fifteen minutes.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. There is also a mid week change of towels.
