This pretty, single storey villa is located in a quiet area of Costa Teguise only a few minutes' walk from the fabulous Las Cucharas beach and all the amenities of the resort.

Interior

This superb villa is bright, spacious and of excellent quality. It has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms (one with ceiling fan), which share a full bathroom. The comfortable, well-furnished living room has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace and pool area. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen with access to a walled laundry patio and all the facilities and appliances needed for a self catering holiday.

Exterior

Doors from the living room lead out to a partly covered terrace with patio furniture and a built in barbecue, for al fresco dining. The terrace surrounds the 6m x 4m electrically heated swimming pool heated all year and there are sunloungers for all the guests. This area is not overlooked and so is very private and is surrounded by high walls. There is also a private parking area.

Amenities

The villa is located within an easy eight-minute walk of the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and it is ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a windsurf school on the beach. There is a large hotel near the villa, an excellent place to enjoy a drink or join in the evening entertainment. The closest mini-market is a two minute walk away and there are larger supermarkets in the centre of the resort. It is a five-minute drive to the island’s only golf course and water park. Only a few minutes walk away is the newly built Thalasso&wellness centre, a fantastic facility incorporating a world class Spa. Costa Teguise is the location of a weekly artisan market which is the ideal place to pick-up pretty souvenirs and gifts to take home. Only a ten minute drive from Costa Teguise is the ancient capital of Teguise. As well as offering a selection of restaurants and art galleries, Teguise also hosts the infamous Sunday market which fills the town's cobbled streets. The transfer time from the airport to this villa is approximately fifteen minutes.

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a maid service once a week.

Car Requirements

It is not essential to hire a car to enjoy the amenities of Costa Teguise, however car hire would be recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions.
