This is a beautiful, luxury apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean and the bay from every room. It is only five minutes walk from Camps Bay beachfront and a ten minute drive into central Cape Town along the spectacular Kloof Nek road.

Interior

This bright and spacious, two storey apartment has the feeling of a luxurious villa. It was designed by one of Cape Town’s leading architects and has been furnished to an excellent standard. A large entrance area leads into the very spacious, stylish, open plan living and dining room which has patio doors leading to a large terrace furnished with comfortable wicker seating and an outdoor dining table and chairs. The modern, designer kitchen separates it from the living room with a granite breakfast bar and stools. There is a second, secluded patio on this floor with patio dining furniture and a barbecue, an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining in the sheltered, shade. A guest cloakroom also leads off the hall. This apartment has three very attractive bedrooms. The lovely, large master bedroom is on the ground floor and has panoramic views from the bed. It leads to an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms on the lower floor, one is a twin room, the other a double, they both have sliding doors to the sun deck and swimming pool. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The views are magnificent from both of the ocean facing terraces, they look to the mountains and Camps Bay. Sun beds are provided on the pool deck, while the comfortable furniture on the upper level is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful climate and watch the activities on the beach,

The apartment is located in Camps Bay, a trendy, exclusive suburb on the Atlantic coast just a ten minute drive from downtown Cape Town. The long, white sandy beach around which the bay curves was the first in Cape Town to be awarded Blue Flag Status. Camps Bay is located behind Table Mountain, nestled between Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles. The protected position of the bay means that although the ocean is refreshingly cool, it is less windy than other nearby beaches. The main road in Camps Bay is lined with bars, hotels and excellent restaurants overlooking the beach. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for daily rental on the beach. The palm fringed beach and cosmopolitan array of restaurants and cafes give Camps Bay a vibrant ‘South of France’ ambience. Downtown Cape Town is just a ten minute drive along the spectacular Kloof Nek road. The spectacular Llandudno, Clifton and Bakoven beaches are also no more than a 5 minute drive from Camps Bay. The very popular V&A Waterfront development is a fifteen minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, boat and helicopter tours and other attractions.
