This elegant, luxurious apartment is in a superb location with wonderful views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is in a secure complex within about a ten minute walk to both Camps Bay and Clifton. A spectacular, scenic drive takes you to the centre of Cape Town and the Waterfront within fifteen minutes.

Interior

This modern apartment is on two levels. The attractive living room is decorated in soft, calming colours and has a dining area. Patio doors lead to the swimming pool and terrace, from where there are breathtaking ocean views. There is a separate, modern and well equipped kitchen with good quality Miele appliances. On this level there is also a guest cloakroom. The apartment has three bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom is on the upper floor and has a double bed from which you can look straight out to sea. It has a TV, patio doors onto a balcony overlooking the sea and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. On the upper level there is a double bedroom with a king sized bed and a twin bedroom which share a second bathroom. The main bedroom and the second bedroom both open onto a small sea-facing balcony.

Exterior

The extensive terrace surrounding the unusual and very attractive swimming pool has outdoor patio dining furniture. The pool has a feature fountain set in a shallow, circular section. The views from this terrace are magnificent.

Amenities

The apartment is located just a ten minute walk from both Camps Bay and Clifton. Camps Bay is a trendy, exclusive suburb on the Atlantic coast just a ten minute drive from downtown Cape Town. The long, white sandy beach around which the bay curves was the first in Cape Town to be awarded Blue Flag Status. Camps Bay is located behind Table Mountain, nestled between Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles. The protected position of the bay means that although the ocean is refreshingly cool, it is less windy than other nearby beaches. The main road in Camps Bay is lined with bars, hotels and excellent restaurants overlooking the beach. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for daily rental on the beach. The palm fringed beach and cosmopolitan array of restaurants and cafes give Camps Bay a vibrant ‘South of France’ ambience. Downtown Cape Town is just a ten minute drive along the spectacular Kloof Nek road. The spectacular Llandudno, Clifton and Bakoven beaches are also no more than a 5 minute drive from Camps Bay. The very popular V&A Waterfront development is a fifteen minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, boat and helicopter tours and other attractions.
