This stylish villa is located in a central location in Puerto del Carmen. It is only a few minutes' walk from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants and a ten minute walk from the old harbour.

Interior

The interior of this detached villa has been decorated in a fresh, contemporary style. There is an open plan living and dining room on the ground floor which is very light and airy. The separate kitchen is very well equipped and leads through to a utility room. For added comfort there is a cloakroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a small balcony overlooking the front terrace. There are two further bedrooms both of which have twin beds, large built in wardrobes and small balconies overlooking the pool area. There is an additional family bathroom and both baths are fitted with overhead shower attachments.

Exterior

The villa has terracing on three sides. To the front of the villa is a large terrace with patio dining furniture. To the rear of the property is a sunbathing terrace surrounding the 6m x 3m private swimming pool which is accessed via ladder steps.

Amenities

The villa is situated in a residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes' drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The old harbour is the starting point for many excursions including a ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are within a fifteen minute walk. Only a five minute drive from the villa is a small wild west theme park where younger guests can enjoy the daily parrot, eagle and alligator shows. It is also possible to go horse riding from the theme park.
