This is a unique, enchanting house, located on the lovely Cucharas beach, with fabulous sea views. The excellent facilities, beaches and restaurants of the resort are within easy walking distance along a sea front promenade.

Interior

This is an exceptional, traditional and attractive property set on two floors. On the ground floor you enter from the courtyard into the living room, which has cosy seating and a dining area. There is a twin bedroom on this floor with a shower room. A staircase leads up to a pretty double bedroom, with en-suite shower room. From here there are patio doors leading to a terrace, with stunning views over the beach and the sea. The kitchen leads off the living room and is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. Casita Bouganvilla can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

The gate to the property leads into a pretty, secluded, walled and flower filled courtyard with a built-in seating and dining area. It is a lovely, sheltered, place to sit, out of the hot sunshine. In contrast, the upper terrace catches the sun all day and has two sunbeds and a patio table and chairs overlooking the beautiful beach. A wonderful place for sunbathing, watching the sunset, sailboats and windsurfers. Due to the railings on the roof terrace, small children must be supervised at all times.

Amenities

Casita Bouganvilla is located on a small road that leads directly onto Las Cucharas beach and provides the ideal setting for those wanting close proximity to all the resorts amenities. There are restaurants and bars along the beach front and shops and supermarkets nearby. You can walk along the sea front, into the resort centre or just stay and enjoy the beach. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a windsurf school on the beach. The resort boasts many superb restaurants and shops, all of which are within walking distance of Casita Bouganvilla and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park. It is a twenty-minute drive to the airport and twenty five to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen.The capital city of Arrecife, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants is a ten minute drive away and is accessable on public transport.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service.
