This new, stylish house is a perfect choice for people wanting to enjoy the scenery, attractions and facilities of a new, world class marina. It offers comfortable holiday accommodation within a few minutes walk of the Marina Puerto Rubicon, a selection of designer shops, excellent restaurants and exciting marine excursions. The fabulous five star Hotel Melia Volcan is a three minute walk away where guests can enjoy a drink in elegant surroundings. Playa Dorada, a gently sloping golden beach is only a ten minute walk away.

Interior

This two storey, attached house is stylishly furnished throughout and has a light, airy ambience. The open plan living room is well furnished with a leather sofa. It has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace. There is a separate kitchen which is contemporary in style and is very well equipped. An open plan stairway leads from the living area to the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to a balcony. The second bedroom is spacious and has twin beds and a built in wardrobe. For added comfort both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the south facing sunbathing terrace which is furnished with sunbeds and patio dining furniture and also has a built in barbeque. For guests’ relaxation, there is a 5m x 3m, electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead onto a large balcony which has a table and chairs and overlooks the swimming pool.

Amenities

The villa is ideally located in the newly developed Marina Puerto Rubicon in Playa Blanca. The marina with its large array of upmarket shops, bars and restaurants opened in 2004 and has quickly developed a reputation as an exclusive location to shop and dine whilst enjoying the views. A ten minute walk along the seafront promenade takes you to the nearest beach. Playa Dorada is a golden, sandy beach which slopes gently into the clear blue sea, making it very family-friendly. Just behind this beach is Kiko Land which is a small amusement area ideal for younger guests. There is a five star hotel a very short walk from the villa where guests can enjoy the excellent restaurants and bars. The main resort of Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive away where you will find a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as two beautiful beaches. From the port in Playa Blanca it is possible to catch the ferry to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The world famous Papagayo beaches are also only a five minute drive from the marina. There are several excursions which depart from the marina, including a catamaran boat which takes you to the picturesque, secluded Papagayo beaches. A new shopping centre has recently opened and is only a minute’s walk from the villa. The nearest supermarket is on the marina and the villa is approximately a 45 minute transfer from the airport.

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival.
