Located in the quiet village of Guime, this lovely, secluded villa with its private, heated swimming pool is set in exceptionally beautiful, landscaped grounds. It has panoramic sea views and is in a peaceful location a few minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen and miles of golden beaches. A special feature of this villa is the extensive covered seating areas throughout the property offering comfortable shade and protection from the sun and breezes. A secure gate can prevent children from gaining access to the swimming pool if required.

Interior

This delightful villa has been newly renovated and decorated to a very high standard. The attractive living room has leather sofas, a high wood beamed ceiling and doors to a dining terrace. There is a very large, well equipped double kitchen with breakfast tables and access to a clothes drying area. The villa has three pretty bedrooms. The master suite has a lovely four poster wrought iron double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and a full family bathroom. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Exterior

The very secluded exterior of this property is unique and truly picturesque. The heated 6 x 4 metre swimming pool is accessed by roman steps and is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace. To one end of the terrace there is a wooden pergola giving shade to some sun beds and at the other end another shaded area with a wrought iron dining table and chairs. A few steps and a secure gate lead to the entrance to the villa via a covered terrace stretching the length of the house. This includes a very attractive, cosy and protected dining area with an integral brick barbecue.

Amenities

The villa is located in the rural and typically Canarian village of Guime, just a ten minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous golden beaches, as well as its bars, restaurants and shops. The island's largest hypermarket is a two-minute drive from the villa and an excellent modern shopping centre is located just beyond. Guime is a very central location, making it perfect for reaching the islands' many beautiful attractions and beaches. Within Guime there is a small local bar and a local supermarket. The wine growing region of La Geria and Timanfaya national park are only a fifteen minute drive away and the island's present only golf course in Costa Teguise is a fifteen minute drive from the village. Guime is approximately 10 minutes by car from the airport.
