The picturesque old harbour with a wide selection of excellent restaurants is a 15 minute walk. The private heated pool with an integrated child’s pool and the six seater Jacuzzi add to the luxurious feel of the villa.
InteriorThe villa is opulently furnished throughout and is extremely spacious. The open plan living area has a formal dining suite and a large lounge which is elegantly furnished. There is a separate, exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The villa has four luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with twin basins, a bath and a walk-in shower. There are three further bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. There is an additional full family bathroom and a cloakroom. The villa has the added benefit of an internet connection point for guests bringing a laptop computer. Casa Heathercroft can accommodate 8 people in the existing bedrooms and a further 2 children under 12 years of age on fold-a-way beds.
ExteriorPatio doors lead from the dining area to the beautiful sunbathing area which is surrounded by a subtropical garden. The 8m x 4m electrically heated swimming pool is accessed via ladder steps and incorporates a shallow splash area which is separated from the main pool by a wall. For added relaxation, there is also an eight seater Jacuzzi in the garden area. A wooden pergola offers a shaded dining area and the outdoor bar and barbeque make it ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a large sunbathing area and breakfast terrace to the rear of the villa, so guests can enjoy the Lanzarote sun throughout the day.
AmenitiesThe villa is located in the exclusive, peaceful residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto Del Carmen. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. The old harbour, with its excellent selection of tapas bars and fish restaurants is only a 15 minute walk from the villa and is the departure point for many boat excursions around the island. The new shopping centre, Biosfera, is approximately 15 minutes by foot and the nearest of the glorious beaches, Playa Chica, is about the same distance. The villa is ideally located for exploring the rest of Lanzarote, including the volcanic National Park of Timanfaya and the wine growing region of La Geria. The exclusive marina of Puerto Calero is only a 5 minute drive from Los Mojones. This beautiful, international marina is the location of a selection of excellent restaurants and the starting point for many popular excursions such as catamaran sailing, deep sea fishing and a submarine. For guests seeking a peaceful, more traditional Canarian experience, the pretty fishing village of Playa Quemada is only 10 minutes by car from the villa.

Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £150 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
