This imposing, luxurious villa is ideally located on the prestigious Fuertventura Golf Course and is only a short drive from the popular resort of Caleta de Fuste. The villa has a private heated swimming pool and offers a superb level of holiday accommodation. For larger groups there are villas Oleander and Allamanda in the same row as Villa Camelia

Interior

The villa is beautifully decorated and feels light and spacious throughout. There is a large living room which incorporates a dining area and has patio doors to the pool area. There is an independent, well equipped kitchen leading from the living area. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. There are three further twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom. The living area and three of the bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and the fourth bedroom has a ceiling fan. The air conditioning is an optional extra and is to be arranged and paid for locally.

Exterior

The villa enjoys a beautiful patio area which surrounds the private swimming pool. The pool measures 4m x 8mand is electricaly heated except during the months of June, July, August and September. The pool is surrounded by beautiful sunbathing terraces which is furnished with dining table and chairs and sunloungers. Villa Oleander has a beautiful private roof terrace which has views over the golf course towards the sea.

Amenities

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
