The private heated pool, beautiful sunbathing terrace and alfresco dining area make it perfect for enjoying the Lanzarote sun.
InteriorThis new, single storey, modern villa is attractively furnished and finished to a very high standard. It has a light and airy living room, with patio doors leading to the swimming pool. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen which has contemporary stainless steel fixtures and incorporates a dining table and chairs. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and an additional full bathroom.
ExteriorThe doors from the living room lead out to a secluded sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 4.5x3 metre, electrically heated swimming pool. The kidney shaped swimming pool is accessed via Roman steps. There is a beautiful wooden pergola which provides much needed shade from the Canarian sun and the terrace is furnished with patio dining furniture and ample sunbeds The villa is one of a group of similar villas all in their own grounds and is surrounded by high walls, for privacy. For larger groups it is possible to book more than one property.
AmenitiesThe villa is located a two-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a surf school on the beach. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park.
