This is an imposing, luxury villa in an excellent location. It is in a sought after residentail area of Costa Teguise and is only two minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, cafes and shops. The beautiful beaches of the resort are very nearby and offer a variety of watersports, particularly windsurfing. Set in its own sub-tropical gardens with a feature outdoor dining area, this superb villa is the perfect choice for a memorable holiday with the convenience of having all the amenities of the resort on the doorstep. The Costa Teguise golf club and a large aqua park are a five minute drive away and the location is ideal for seeing a lot of the islands most famous attractions.

Interior

This beautiful, large, modern villa has been built and decorated to an extremely high standard It is set on two stories with very generous rooms and a lot of light from patio doors and a big skylight over the staircase. It has an elegant split level living room with doors to the pool terrace and the raised dining area. The separate kitchen is attractively fitted and well-equipped for a self-catering holiday and has access to a utility room. There are four very spacious and stylish bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, each with a large, well appointed en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a walk-in cupboard, a bedroom with a double bed, a private terrace and a lovely bathroom complete with a jacuzzi. There are three bedrooms with twin beds, one of which also has a private terrace. This villa can accommodate eight people in the bedrooms and an additional two people on a sofa bed in the lounge or on two fold-a-way beds. The villa has the added benefit of an internet connection for those guests bringing their lap top computers.

Exterior

This villa is set in generous grounds with an 8x5 metre electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps and has a pool side shower. This is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and several seating areas. A special feature of this garden in a covered seating area with an outdoor kitchenette and a barbecue. It is a picturesque place to spend hours of al fresco dining in the long warm hours of a memorable hoiliday.

Amenities

The villa is located very centrally, within a ten minute walk of the nearest beach. There are many restaurants serving Canarian and international cuisine along the beach front and in the centre of Costa Teguise. Just a two minute walk from the villa takes you into the heart of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beaches in Costa Teguise are famous for being excellent windsurfing locations and there is a windsurf school on Las Cucharas beach. The resort boasts many superb restaurants and shops, a lot of which are within walking distance of the villa and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park. Only a few minutes walk away is the newly built Thalasso&wellness centre, a fantastic facility incorporating a world class Spa. It is a ten-minute drive to the airport and fifteen to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a maid service once a week. The villa has the added benefit of a free internet connection for those guests bringing their laptop.
