This attractive villa is set on a hillside in a beautiful, rural location and has some of the most magnificent views on the island. It is in a tranquil setting, only five minutes drive into the old harbour area and to the miles of golden beaches in the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.

Interior

The comfortable living room of this country villa is open plan to the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen with patio doors to the terrace.The villa has good quality, Canarian style, furnishings and fittings, it is very comfortable and a lot of use has been made of local lava stone. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There are a further two bedrooms with twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Exterior

Outside the living room there is a covered dining terrace with patio furniture. This area overlooks colourful sub-tropical gardens and a huge sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 10x5 metre solar heated swimming pool, which has roman steps. The views and sunsets from here are quite spectacular. Ample high quality sun-beds are provided. The villa is accessed via a flight of steps down to the front door, which may not be suitable for the elderly or those with walking difficulties.

Amenities

La Asomada is a Canarian village set in the countryside about five minutes drive from the old harbour area, with its selection of superb, local restaurants and the miles of golden beaches in Puerto del Carmen. The village has a supermarket, which is within walking distance and there are restaurants nearby. A six-minute drive takes you to the international marina at Puerto Calero where there are a wide variety of excellent bars and restaurants.
