This collection of superb three bedroom apartments are ideally located on a beautiful development within Fuerteventura's golf course. The first floor apartments share a large communal swimming pool and children's pool. The apartments are only a minute's walk from a five star hotel and a very short drive from the amenities of Caleta de Fuste. The newly opened shopping centre and beach are only a short walk away and there is a bus service which runs from the hotel to nearby amenities. Two bedroom apartments are also available.

Interior

The apartments are decorated and finished to an extremely high standard and are light and spacious throughout. Each apartment has a large living area with patio doors leading to a private terrace. There is an independent, well equipped kitchen and a stylish bathroom with overhead shower attachment. The three bedroom apartments each have two twin bedrooms and one single room. One of the twin rooms is large enough to add an additional put-up bed for a child and has an ensuite bathroom.

Exterior

The three bedroom apartments are on the first floor and have large balcony terraces which offer ample space for alfresco dining, sunbathing and generally enjoying the Fuerteventura sun. The first floor apartments also have roof terraces which have spectacular views over the golf course towards the sea. The development has a large communal swimming pool and separate children's pool which is 0.5m in depth. The pools are surrounded by large sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens.

Amenities

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel and is offered at a discounted rate for guests of these apartments. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
