This is an excellent, luxurious villa set in an elevated position with breathtaking, panoramic views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. It is located in an exclusive, quiet residential area and is within walking distance of the resorts superb facilities, golden beaches and the picturesque harbour area which has many excellent restaurants. The villa has the added luxury of an eight seater Jacuzzi Spa.

Interior

This beautiful, spacious, single storey villa is furnished to a very high standard and is extremely bright and airy throughout. It has an elegant living room with leather sofas, a comfortable dining area, large sliding doors to the terrace and exceptional views. There is a large, separate, very well equipped kitchen with patio doors to the terrace and access to a utility room. The villa has three pretty bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a well appointed full en-suite bathroom. There is a further bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds sharing a family bathroom.

Exterior

The large sliding doors in the living room lead out to the elevated terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. Here there is a shaded area furnished with patio dining furniture where long hours can be spent watching the sensational sunsets and enjoying the superb views. On the lower level an extensive sunbathing terrace surrounds the heated 8x4 metre swimming pool which has roman steps to access it. There is also an eight seater Jacuzzi Spa for guests use.

Amenities

The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minute's drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.

Services

For guests staying two weeks or more there is a weekly maid service. The owner provides a complimentary welcome pack on arrival.

Car Requirements

A car is not considered essential for this villa but is recommended for maximum enjoyment of the beautiful island of Lanzarote.
