This is a magnificent villa of exceptional quality. It is located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones and is ideal for clients wishing peace and tranquillity while being close to the amenities of the resort. It is within walking distance of the picturesque old harbour area where there is a superb selection of restaurants, many specialising in locally caught fish. The miles of beautiful, golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are a fifteen minute walk and the marina at Puerto Calero is just a five minutes drive.

Interior

This superior villa is beautifully decorated throughout and finished to an extremely high standard. It is bright and spacious and no detail has been spared for the discerning guest’s comfort. A large, bright entrance hall with large windows overlooking the garden leads to the beautiful living which has a formal, raised dining room. There are large patio doors leading to the fabulous terrace surrounding the pool. The attractive, modern kitchen is very well-equipped for self-catering and leads to a utility room with a washing machine. The villa has four very stylish bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom has a double bed, a television, an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace. There is a further bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms with twin beds share a shower room.

Exterior

The outside area of the property is very private and secluded. It has a pretty sub-tropical garden surrounding the huge, sunbathing terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers on the terrace surrounding the 7 x 4 metre heated swimming pool, which is accessed by ladder steps at the deep end and there is an outdoor shower. A large Jacuzzi/spa is placed pool-side for the ultimate in relaxation There is a comfortable seating area under a pergola, for shade from the mid-day sun and to complete the al fresco experience, there is an outside bar with a fridge, a barbecue and a patio dining table and chairs.

Amenities

The villa is located in the exclusive, peaceful residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto Del Carmen. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only a ten minute walk away. The old harbour, with its excellent selection of tapas bars and fish restaurants is only a fifteen minute walk from the villa and is the departure point for many boat excursions around the island. The new shopping centre, Biosfera, is approximately fifteen minutes by foot and the nearest of the glorious beaches, Playa Chica, is about the same distance. The villa is ideally located for exploring the rest of Lanzarote, including the volcanic National Park of Timanfya and the wine growing region of La Geria. The exclusive marina of Puerto Calero is only a five minute drive from Los Mojones. This beautiful, international marina is the location of a selection of excellent restaurants and the starting point for many popular excursions such as catamaran sailing, deep sea fishing and a submarine. For guests seeking a peaceful, more traditional Canarian experience, the pretty fishing village of Playa Quemada is only ten minutes by car from the villa.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service, a six day towel change and a twice weekly linen change.

Car Requirements

It is not essential to hire a car to enjoy the amenities of Puerto del Carmen, however car hire would be recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions.
